Our Team

What Makes Us Unique

Since our origination in 1958, we have become one of the premier commercial contractors in the United States, and our company culture is what makes that possible.

The culture at W. A. RANDOLPH, INC is all-inclusive and centered around individual ownership of every step of the project. A diverse workforce is not just something we say we do. It’s our future. We value it as a key component to our company, and we know that inclusion is essential to not only our customers but the economic sustainability of the diverse communities we serve. Our people are our product, and each member of our team encompasses our core values to ensure we achieve the best possible finished results.

our-story

Attitude

Our team approaches every project with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. We believe that, to make anything the best it can be, you have to give it your all, and we do just that.

Integrity

Commitment to the highest ethical standards is of utmost importance to us. We invest ourselves into each and every job as though it were our own personal project to guarantee you’re getting the best every step of the way.

Safety

We find the importance of integrity to go hand-in-hand with safety. Ensuring our projects are completed to the best possible standards wouldn’t be possible without maintaining a safe work environment. That’s why we strive for accident-free jobs from beginning to end.

Professionalism

In today’s economy, it can be tough to find quality services that fall in line with tight budgets. We understand the importance of your bottom line, and as such are committed to saving our clients money through cost-effective solutions and services that add value.

Since its founding in 1958, we have been known for our highly-trained engineers. From the late 1960s through the early 1990s, W. A. RANDOLPH, INC concentrated on Illinois infrastructure construction. This included: potable water and sewage treatment plants, water reservoirs, pumping stations, nuclear and fossil fuel electric generating stations, and bridges. As infrastructure was coming to a standstill, W. A. RANDOLPH, INC refocused its attention to building construction.

In the early 1990s, W. A. RANDOLPH, INC built everything from hotels, hospitals, parking decks, schools, office buildings and prisons to restaurants, and retail centers. Now considered one of the premier commercial contractors working throughout the United States, we continue to grow with both new and existing clients and understand the importance of having a diverse background in every type of building project.

We are committed to providing you with the kind of engineering and construction expertise needed to get your project successfully off the ground and one-on-one service to manage it every step of the way. Our philosophy is simple: we’re not satisfied until you are.

"Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives." William A. Foster
